My name’s Gillian Fox, I’m a certified Clarity Coach, Three Principles Trainer & Facilitator, and the author of “Promise Me – A Personal Journey”.
I’ve been around long enough to have bumped into some of life’s most challenging aspects (I wrote about some of them in my book), and have taken the path of personal and spiritual development through yoga, meditation and I can’t tell you how many books and courses!
When I started exploring the Three Principles understanding my first reaction was “why haven’t I heard about this before?” You see, when I glimpsed the profound nature of this new paradigm and the possibilities it offered to humanity, it touched me very deeply.
Finding out that I, like most other people, had been living from a misunderstanding of how life really works, and that this misunderstanding was all that stood between me and a calmer, clearer and more enjoyable life was such a relief!
So let me ask you…
Is it possible to be OK, no matter what circumstances occur in your life?
In this 10 minute video, recorded in January 2014 at Jamie Smart’s Clarity Meet Up in London, I talk about how I was first introduced to the Three Principles and how my experience of my recent wrist-breaking accident, and the death of my Mother at the end of last year, were both surrounded by a calmness and peace of mind that stem from the knowing that everything is OK, no matter what.
And I don’t mean “OK” from an intellectual analysis of what’s going on, or the physicality of life – I’m talking about a deeper, spiritual knowing that springs from insight into the Principles behind life.
Ever since I discovered that I too could have clarity in all areas of my life I’ve been deepening my understanding of the 3 Principles and in 2012 I joined Jamie Smart’s Three Principles Trainer Training course, learning under the mentorship of Cathy Casey and Dr. Mark Howard. I gained my Trainer’s Certificate in April 2013 and now guide individuals and groups towards their own innate inner health and wellbeing.
In September 2013, Jamie Smart invited me be a Mentor on his first Clarity Practitioner Training Programme, teaching a group of coaches, consultants, trainers and business professionals.
As a result I graduated in June 2014 as one of the first Certified Clarity Coaches.
Over the last 2 years I have also been privileged to enjoy Training with Dr Jack Pransky – Teacher, Trainer, and Author of books and research papers on The Three Principles.
I am also a published author.
“Promise Me – A Personal Journey”, chronicles the early retirement adventures I shared with my husband when we decided to sell up and sail around the world, and tells the story of what happened when that dream turned into a nightmare.
As I say in my book, I found my own inner strength during a time of personal tragedy, and yet I’ve always had the feeling there was a wisdom inside me which guided me when I bothered to listen to it – you know – that “still, small voice”.
I think that’s why I felt an immediate connection to the Three Principles, which of course was just reminding me of what I already knew, even if I didn’t know I knew it!!
As the late Sydney Banks wrote in his book “The Missing Link”…
“When you start to see the power of Thought and its relationship to your way of observing life, you will better understand yourself and the world in which you live”.

p.s. I think we’re ready…
“The Creator gathered all of the animals and said, “I want to hide something from humans until they are ready for it – the realization that they create their own reality”.
“Give it to me. I’ll fly it to the Moon!” said the Eagle.
“No, one day soon they will go there and find it.”
“How about the bottom of the ocean?” asked the Salmon.
“No, they will find it there too.”
“I will bury it in the great plains!” said the Buffalo.
“They will soon dig and find it there.”
“Put it inside them,” said the Wise Grandmother Mole.
“Done! It is the last place they will look,” said the Creator.”
